2007 - Asia - Day 14 - Bangkok, Thailand

We didn’t have to leave the hotel today until 10:30, so we were able to sleep in. We were on our own for breakfast, so we went to McD’s. At the airport, they wouldn’t let my carry on my fan, so I had to check it. Mark’s suitcase from Beijing to Hong Kong was ripped and he lost some garments and socks that were in that pocket. The flight was actually very comfortable. I watched Ghost Rider and most of Terabithia. It was a 4 hour flight from Hong Kong to Singapore. As soon as we landed, a rep told us our gate to our connecting flight, and they were ready to take off. They were just waiting for us. So we quickly made it to our next plane. Our flight from Singapore to Bangkok was just under 2 hours.We arrived around 8:00 p.m. and got to our hotel around 9:30. They gave us a beautiful flower wreath made of jasmine and rose. It smells so nice. The hotel is really nice too.
